Are you in a season of transition or loss and the holidays this year look more like a series of hurdles to survive than a season of celebration? Or are you able to enjoy for the most part, yet there is an air of sadness that you're carrying with you? You're not alone, and we want to create an opportunity for you this season, right where you are. beEmboldened is hosting a bE+ exclusive group art session designed specifically for those navigating complicated emotions during the holidays. This session addresses the reality of "blue" holidays—acknowledging what was, honoring what is, and thoughtfully considering what could be. 🎨 Blue Holidays Art Session 📅 Date: Wednesday, December 17 🕐 Time: 6 - 8pm Central Time (2 hours) 💻 Format: Virtual ✨ Exclusive to bE+ subscribers No artistic skills required. Just bring yourself and a few simple supplies. Who's facilitating? Susanna Nolt is a therapeutic arts facilitator with a background in Art and Crisis Counseling. She has taught art in private schools and as a private tutor, and is currently pursuing her Master's in PK–12 Art Education with additional training in trauma-informed, expressive practices. Having left a high-control religious community herself, Susanna is passionate about helping others reclaim their identity, agency, and creative voice through healing art practices.
